**Dear patients, please be advised Dr Rogers will be finishing up at Elizabeth Drive Medical Precinct at the end of November 2024 as she will be moving to rural NSW which has always been a long term plan that has been brought forward. Dr Rogers thanks all her patients for allowing her to look after them. If you have complex medical conditions, Your care will be transitioned to another GP of your choice.
